In Descending Order:
3) Sam Jones III, best known as Clark Kents homie in the long running series SMALLVILLE, pleaded guilty today for attempting to sell a superhuman amount of oxycodone pills, imbd and e!Online reports. The former television star was busted last year at his home in Canoga Park, CA for allegedly being the "Hollywood mastermind" behind a plan to move some 10,000 pills commonly known as "hillbilly heroin". Jones could face up to 20 years in jail at his sentencing in June.
*See? And Jones thought being on Superman's team was safer! Bet he wishes he was Lex Luther's home-boy instead! At least then when he goes to jail, he could end up in one a those swank ones like the one Luther keeps getting sent too in the comics! Or like the one Martha Stewart got sent to… but I digress…*
2) Acclaimed actor Kevin Spacey deals with gay rumors in an interview for The Daily Beast, e!Online reports. The recently Golden Globe nominated actor fielded ambush questions about his sexuality during the interview saying "I don't live a lie," … "You have to understand that people who choose not to discuss their personal lives are not living a lie. That is a presumption that people jump to…. "End of story!"

AND THE #1 TOP PICK….
1) Cable news network CNN made a pretty big goof up by announcing today that acclaimed actor Morgan Freeman had died today, imdb reports. The goof, as you can guess, is that Morgan Freeman was and is very much alive! It wasn't until a close friend of Freemen sent a tweet through Twitter saying "Dear CNN: Morgan Freeman is still busy living. He's yet to get busy dying. Please confirm first…" that CNN retracted their statement.
*AHHH….CNN!!!! Not you!?!?! This is stuff we'd expect from FOX definitely! After all, they're the ones who told the world that the L.A. police department ordered some 1,000 jet packs for their officers, who give the Tea Party movement a platform to spout their imagination, and other forms of goofy news reporting… BUT YOU!?!? You guys are supposed to be the forum of responsible "center- of- the- road" journalism!!!! I mean, HELL!!! You guys have Anderson Cooper in your line up!!!!*
It's for this reasons… and the fact that it's pretty damn funny to me that you guys made a journalism mistake about the death of an actor who once played God in the Bruce Almighty/ Evan Almighty movies…. that CNN earns the top spot on the Entertainment Top 3!!!
