Mac Miller Debuts at Number One

First album, Blue Slide Park, hits number one… with an indie release no less, which we gotta give a nod for.

Sort of funny that Michael Buble is a close second… at least our country still has some music diversity in it.

Rap newcomer Mac Miller has made U.S. chart history by becoming the first act in over 15 years to debut an independently-distributed first album at number one.The young star’s first release, Blue Slide Park, has entered the Billboard 200 in the top spot with 144,000 sales.
