Why is everyone acting like they are surprised that very powerful men who oversee billions of dollars of spending get caught having affairs (email, of the flesh, booty-calls or otherwise).
And why so surprised that an FBI “friend” of one woman who “entertains” said powerful men started to get very jealous that he was being left out and therefore brought it out of regular bounds to individual(s) in Congress?
And why so surprised that a hidden lover sends anonymous emails to another woman who she thinks might be in the picture?
Money, men in power, and attractive women who sleep with or exploit those men – it’s the American story. Why in the WORLD would anyone thing the military is any different? Stop being so righteous and acknowledge that no one is above this sort of Junior High behavior: it’s sex. Sex crosses all bounds and destroys all honor. Every damn time.
Note to men in power: stop hiring young, attractive women to write your biographies or make documentaries about you – they tend to have a thing about you to begin with, which is why they’re making the damn thing, so stop it. Think first – BEFORE you get your dumb selves into these sorts of situations. Once you get into that situation it’s hopeless: you will mess up. You will sleep with her. It’s what humans do, no matter how smart you think you are.
And stop with the shirtless photos. Dear lord, people, grow up. THAT one you can at least avoid with the smallest amount of self control.
