I’ve searched around and have yet to find a good review for this record. Honestly, search as you might. I guess we can give credit for the project, trying something new (if not a bit strange in topic and inspiration).
We can start w/ a blurb from the Associated Press to get the general tone:

I remember that dilemma. I once heard a cover of Everything Must Change (originally Quincy Jones) that was so odd, and made anyone who listened to it LITERALLY uncomfortable that we all had to wonder if maybe it was pure genius because it undeniably “had a profound effect on the listener”…. it’s a fine line, right?
Well… for fairness we should look at some other reviews this Lou Reed / Metallica project that is Lulu:
